Bonjour, merci de nous avoir contactés. Nous pouvons réinitialiser votre compte de jeu et votre progression dans le jeu sera réinitialisée au niveau 1. Vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton « Paramètres » situé dans le coin supérieur droit de l'écran d'accueil et appuyer sur « Commentaires ». Veuillez rédiger votre demande pour que vos données personnelles ou les données reçues de tiers/plateformes soient complètement supprimées et la soumettre. Ne supprimez pas les informations par défaut de l'appareil qu'elle contient. Une fois la demande soumise, ce processus peut prendre jusqu'à 30 jours et une fois les données de votre compte de jeu supprimées, elles ne peuvent pas être récupérées. Cela réinitialisera le jeu au niveau 1 et vous pourrez recommencer depuis le début. Si vous avez d'autres préoccupations, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. 😊
