Using your Apple Watch's heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) data, combined with the Russell Circumplex Model of Emotion, EaseWatch acts like a friend who truly gets you, gently saying: "Hey, notice that? Your body's feeling a bit tense."
No cold statistics. No alarming alerts. Just a timely reminder—like someone placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder exactly when you need it.
It's especially for you if:

Small moments of care in daily life:
