This app turns my Monday shopping into a beautiful experience. Fast, simple, full of information, this is what a good UX means. Hands up for the dev team 👏🏼

Extremely disappointing experience and a complete lack of professionalism.I visited Grand Frais this morning. About two weeks ago, during my first visit, I was asked to download the new app and was told that on my second visit, I would receive a free shopping bag. I remembered this and mentioned it at the checkout today. The cashier told me, in a very condescending tone, that she could not see any bag to give me in the system and asked me to open the app and activate the offer. I did so without arguing.Once the offer was activated, she literally threw the bag onto the area where the purchased items are placed, instead of simply handing it to me. I found this gesture extremely disrespectful and inappropriate.I then wanted to speak to the manager about what had happened. While I was trying to indicate which cashier was involved, I was very surprised by the reaction: eye-rolling, strange looks and facial expressions that I found extremely childish and completely inappropriate in a professional environment. To be clear, this review is absolutely not about the free bag. It is about the way I was treated, the condescending tone and, above all, the complete lack of respect and professionalism.A customer can understand an issue with an offer or an app. What is unacceptable is being treated with disrespect because of it.Very disappointing experience.
