TempoRun turns your Apple Watch into a complete running coach — no iPhone needed nearby. Start a run or walk straight from your wrist and track everything in real time: pace, heart rate, power, cadence and HR zones. The main screen highlights distance, pace and time, and you scroll to see the metrics you choose.
