Lleva tu entrenamiento y tu nutrición en un mismo lugar, con el seguimiento directo de tu entrenador:
• Planes de entrenamiento personalizados y periodizados, con vídeo de cada ejercicio.
• Plan de nutrición a medida y control de tus comidas y macros.
• Registro de tus sesiones: series, repeticiones y cargas.
• Seguimiento de tu progreso: peso, medidas y fotos de evolución.
• Chat directo con tu entrenador para resolver dudas y ajustar tu plan.
• Gestión de tu suscripción y avisos de tus citas y novedades.
JLFITNESS es un servicio privado para clientes de Javier Lledó. El acceso se realiza con las credenciales que te facilita tu entrenador tras contratar el servicio; no hay registro público dentro de la app.
