Filter Notifications A new category has been added to filter notifications. Users can now filter by the new option "New High Priority Shift Log Entry," which displays a list of all records matching this category. Additionally, users will receive a push notification whenever a new shift log entry is created in Power Admin with the "High Priority" option enabled, based on a previous setup.

Custom Tiles This new feature allows you to add personalized buttons to the Participation, Concierge, Financial Hub, Community PinBoard, and Menu sections of the user app and web interface. Simply choose a title, select an icon, and provide a URL link. When residents tap these buttons, they’ll be directed to the linked page in a new tab or an internal app browser. Participation Ballots & Votes A new enhancement has been released in the participation selection on the user app has been released. Now the users when voting are shown a new button "GO TO NEXT BALLOT" that guides the user to their next available ballot after they cast their vote. This enhancing usability and engagement in your community’s digital spaces. Design Changes We have redesigned the screens for the concierge, participation, and financial hub modules in the mobile app, introducing a smoother navigation experience through a modal that unfolds from bottom to top. Additionally, the dues view and balances option have been enhanced, improving the display of the ledger, balance information, transaction history search and filtering, as well as the presentation of historical transactions.

Animals The pet registration feature is implemented to facilitate pet management, compliance with community policies and optional collection of a fee. Notification filter Revamped design to highlight general and event notifications in an association. Notifications can now be filtered by unread notifications. In addition, when the device has no Internet connection, the App will display a screen indicating offline mode.

We're always making changes and improvements in the user experience

This update fixes an issue when a reservation is canceled and provides improved stability cross platform. Now the new amenities will be displayed in Amenities Home Screen.

CHAT Our chat system has been utterly enhanced ; users now have the ability to send videos and photos, reply to specific messages and get confirmation on readability. ONR’s will also be notified via push on the reception of any new message. Performance was also tuned , to achieve a more smooth chatting experience WALL POST New wall post design We’ve improved the look and feel by adjusting the spacing around the images and smoothing the edges to make everything feel cleaner. In addition, when a user creates a new post, it is now easy to add multiple photos or videos from the gallery, they can also open the camera and send an immediate capture

COMMUNITY FEED •Property Managers can now publish consents in the Feed, with viewing restrictions based on consent types. •Fixed bugs related to publishing posts. PARTICIPATION MODULE • Optimized available ballots counter for better user awareness. CONCIERGE •New design and usability enhancements in Amenity Reservations. Amenities & Common Areas The look and feel of the Amenities & Common Areas have been revamped, allowing the user to make reservations and interact more easily with their Favorite Amenities; residents can now review their recently reserved amenities and the most Popular Amenities within the association.

VOTES: We have changed the way the user visualizes the participation module, now they can see the number of votes, surveys, and ratings available. In addition, after voting the user is shown the "Vote Receipt" button which generates an e-mail with the information about their vote. COMMUNITY FEED: Aiming at increasing our community engagement, the feed module will now notify users of interactions on their comments. Based on the interaction count different notification channel(s) and the content will be sent to the entry stakeholders.

Service Request(s) Follow-up: Ability to follow up on your service requests, either in common areas or inside the unit. Now you can also attach evidence such as photos; videos, and/or documents, and also add a map location.

Ability to allowing password reset from a verification code which is sent by email. The code has the following characteristics: Numeric, 5 digits, 5 minutes expiration time.

COMMUNITY FEED: • Ability to delete comments on posts has been added. • Post 500 character limit has been removed. View more and view less functionality has been added for posts with more than for lines of text. • Ability to see more than 10 comments in a post has been added. • Users will not longer be able to interact in any way (likes, comments) with any type of post created by management (posts, documents, votes, etc) once the community feed has been turned off by the association. • Failure when publishing edits to a post or video that has been fixed. • UI issue of video and photo icon alignments on post creation has been fixed.
