When the record feels faithful, seal it: future observations are added without rewriting the past. In the Laboratory, track your own measures and write several competing hypotheses. PharPhar describes trajectories without claiming to prove a cause. YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU No account required. The journal works offline, keeps sensitive content encrypted on your iPhone, and can be locked. Export readable JSON, create an encrypted archive, restore your data, or erase everything with a new local key. The structuring assistant is optional. When a compatible Apple model is available, it runs on-device and every suggestion must be confirmed. A deterministic local guide remains available otherwise. Start with a real decision, before its outcome changes your memory.
