Tailcard
Report cards for pet sitters
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Tailcard is the report card app for independent pet sitters, dog walkers and cat sitters. After every visit, send the owner a beautiful photo report card by text — and give them a live journal page of the whole stay, with nothing to install on their side.
THE REPORT CARD OWNERS LOVE
One image, ready to send the second the visit ends: photos, what you did (fed, walk, litter, meds…), your note, times, and the place of the visit. It goes out by SMS or WhatsApp, the channels owners actually read.
A LIVE JOURNAL — NO APP FOR OWNERS
Share one link. The owner opens a private web page and watches the stay unfold: every visit, every photo, as it happens. No account, no download, no notifications to configure. The link expires shortly after the stay ends.
PROOF YOU WERE THERE
Time and location are recorded at the moment you start the visit, never in between. It is proof of presence for the owner, not a tracker on you.
THE STAY, WRAPPED UP
At the end of a stay, one clean PDF gathers every visit — perfect to send with your invoice.
YOUR BRAND, NOT OURS
Report cards, the journal page and the PDF carry your business name and your logo.
IN THEIR LANGUAGE
English, French and Spanish. Each client can get their cards and journal in their own language, whatever language your phone speaks.
FREE FOR YOUR FIRST CLIENT
One client free forever, with unlimited visits and full-quality report cards. Tailcard Pro unlocks unlimited clients and the live journal: 39.99 USD per year, or 99.99 USD once, yours forever.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app has not received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Live stay journal fixes:
• Copying or sending the journal link now puts the page online first, so pet parents never land on a "journal not found" page.
• Visits done before you turned on the journal now appear on the page too.
• Clearer message if the journal cannot go online (no iCloud account or no connection).
