Prepaid for a ride, driver accepted but seemed to realise he was far away. He immediately marked the ride as completed without ever showing up. No idea why they are allowed to do this for something already paid. Called webtaxi who did send me another driver, but I had to pay him again because they could not redirect the payment to this ride, which is poor service
