Customer service at its best. This company really things how to make sure you are satisfied with service. Comfortable packages (with handle), they print and add to purchase all documents you might need in case you want to send the package back.
Gave discount just because delivery was taking very few days more than expected.

Nothing but good experience all around with this shop and app!
Would love to see item reviews actually, and sometimes it’s hard to understand the insulation or inner layers of boots/clothes, some more detailed photos of items would be nice.
Would love an opportunity to have English language supported as well.
Very user Not friendly delivery approval process
It is easy and convinient to find what you are looking for but when I arrived to delivery approval process it took me some time and effort to complete it.
I live in a house with name,but to number,so system did not allow me to enter my actual address.
When I chose delivery to postal delivery box, it was not finding the ones in city nearest to me and was also asking for street name,which is completely irrelevant. So I had to google some street names and eneter in the file.
Only with 3rd attempt in the nearest 3rd city,googling street names and later on faking my home address for invoicing I managed to complete the purchase.
Vary user unfriendly process. Will think twice before buying anything here again.
