I DON’T recommended
I heard good things about Nuri and when it tried to make my account I couldn’t get passed the address as the capital city of Latvia is Rīga and your system does not accept any special characters. In other words, most Latvian citizens cannot register easily with you. Then your verification process was very tedious, done by humans. As a last straw I ordered the card trying to see how much would it cost ( I didn’t see that it was free) and when I saw it got send to the wrong address… I’m just really confused and irritated In the end.
