Scam or...
Me and my friend wanted to apply to get 20€ bonus each. We needed a new wallet so it was really convinient. I did all the requirements, talked to customer support (the most brain dead and incompetent person i’ve ever talked to) and told me that everything should be fine and i need to wait for few days. So i waited and few days later talked to a different support and she told me that i haven’t met the requirements that also got changed after i registered but okay i can still do it but no. Because i waited (did what that first customer support guy said) i am no longer able to get this welcome bonus because it has already expired.
In conclusion i have 3 theories
1. It’s a scam
2. Customer support is braindead
3. Customer support is just a bunch of toddlers and if that’s the case can my 6 year old niece apply and be the emoloyee of the month?

No way how to check your spendings my money stolen
There is no way how to find how many you spent on crypto or other investment, or at list I didn’t find the way. Make it like on Revolut obvious and clear, specially there is only one free operation in crypto. In this design the app is very complicated and nearly useless for me as long as half of EU can’t invest in stocks on it… You need to make a big job to make it user friendly and give us opportunity to control our spendings in obvious manner.
At the end they delete my account without any explanation and I can’t recover it my money ( it was only 20eur to tell the truth) not available for me so I consider it stolen!

The Invest 2.0 Pocket allows customers to buy, sell, as well as receive dividends for the assets they own and with the Crypto 2.0 pocket, you can purchase and sell cryptocurrencies in exchange for fiat currency (EUR), as well as seamlessly swap between different coins, you can do all of this from your App. Moreover, the decision to close an account is always carefully taken based on internal policies.
