Really good support the bolt food have you are hungry and you order the food now if something wrong by any chance and you sit with hunger and you will get help after 2or 3 days that too really fast . I would like to give 0 stars but there is no option.

While everything is okay, everything is okay. When first or first two errors occur, the support team gives you some vouchers and discounts for your next food, such saying shut up and keep ordering. When you have used the app for a long time, like few years have made or quite a lot of orders spent like 500 or more euros to help support quality drops significantly to the point where you will have to repeatedly ask for help support in order to receive your first reply, and after that, you will have to repeatedly remind them that you are still waiting for the solution, which will not come. My suggestion is do you not use one account for too long do you not spend too much money on one account just go and get a new number for a few backs sign up for a new account use it for 5 to 10 orders ask for a few discounts just to get back the money that you spent for the new number and go get the new number again sign up again there’s a new account. Get yourself some pretty good deal. Sandijs can’t make it 5 to 10 orders and repeat the process. Just a simple life hack.

Tonight, I wanted to eat cauliflower with dip sauce. Found that all of it exist in Bolt Market, but delivery was 6 eur. To make delivery less, I had to order much more products (for the full amount of 25 eur), that I could buy on the next day, much cheaper. Nevertheless, I've made an 25 eur order. When I received my order, there was no cauliflower (the fundamental one, that I needed, and the reason this order was made at all). When I contacted the support, as I understand they misinformed that they have cauliflower, they continuosly offered me to accept 2.54 eur on the Bolt Balance as an compensation (just the price of cauliflower). I've said three times that I can fully return all of the product and want my money back, since this products were not neccesary for me. After the third time, they said that they have ability to decide what amount they compensate and forcefully added 2.54 on my Bolt Balance. Lost 28 eur, lost 1 hour of sleeping, and got products which I don’t need at all, did not got my cauliflower because Bolt Market lied about having it and didn’t even informed me until I’ve found that it is missing.
