Stay in Cracow
The room was nice and warm, and special thanks to the receptionist who was ready to go an extra mile for our wellbeing!
Only three points to add - for the double room, it’s better one big blanket than two small. It would be nice to have a trash bin also in the bedroom, and a little fridge if possible, for those who stay longer than two days.
But other than that, we were very happy for the stay, less than 10 minutes from the centre, calm and quiet place. Thank you so much!
Misconsistencies between search And search results
I wanted to book an apartment for 4 adults and 1 child (14 years old), however the search results offer apartments for only 4 adults, namely, the child is disregarded. As a result one person has to sleep on the floor which is not acceptable. Also it is impossible to push the reservation button if the apartment is booked through app.
Cancellation
Unfortunately I didn’t have good experience with this host. 5 days before arrival my children got in hospital and we had to cancel the trip which was planned on the following day. 2 days before that the free cancellation expired so I wrote to host, explained the situation and kindly asked to refund money since it is the high season and they would have great chance to find other guests that would be happy for this opportunity of staying there. We agreed that if the apartment will be sold i will get refunded. From my side after couple days of cancellation I didn’t find any free apartments during the days we booked. When I asked about the situation they told that are not going to refund anything. So please be careful with this host!
