Very nice banking app and simple to use too. My father has been using it for years, I was only about 11 or 12 years old when he got me my first Citadele credit card:) Since then also my mom started using this app and then my brother, seems like such a simple thing but it makes the transactions so much easier between us. We also really love Citadele rewards, recently I bought a delicious drink using my points, it was deffinetly worth it!😊

From banking systems and particularly online banking systems we, clients, do expect first of all stability, reliability and zero errors. I have been told (Dagnija Lacis from Unisys/Baltic Technology Group) that some North American banks are still using software, created with programming language “Cobold”. It was a long time ago, but operational system in ATM’s is still Windows XP, created in early 2000. So, conservative approach with most stable and familiar software is typical for serious banking. I was very satisfied with previous software version. And the second window with comments: open this and You’ll be surprised, seems a behaviour a little over fine red line of good banking behaviour. I do not expect some fun from my internet banking, so I always skip that window unopened. And I don’t see any crucial improvements. Yours, Harry Jirgensons

Problem with login, this app already more than half year has issue with login, it doesn't remember your login and need everytime fill name, it isn't matter chosed you "remember login" or not. And everytime after login it shows "Error. Something gone wrong." I reported about problem to support but they didn't fixed or normally replied, but asked my passport data. Also this app has a lot of cutted off possibilities if compare with internet bank web page, that cause stupid situation then need app to login in web page to change something. At one device I need two different logins to do one simple thing.

After the last update a bank app become my favourite banking app and even better then Revolute which for me was replaced by Citadele. Bank has a great transformation to become a main bank for me and my family! Congrats and good luck!
