Easy to use, fun to drive, very helpful Support

The application is easy to use, and Support is always available to provide any assistance (checked at 11pm). The car is super fun to drive, however sometimes need to go some 10 min to get to the car, but great that reservation is available for free 15 min. Waiting for electric car, that would be a great motivation. Putting 5 stars, since do not have any negative feedback.

Parking

Super unfriendly user interface! Where is the logic to mark parking zone with RED color!? Red - ban, prohibition! We were driving for extra 20 minutes to find the place were is allowed to leave a car.

Worst ride rental app

Only app that cancels reservations while you are on your way to pick up the car. I reserved a specific car(cargo) then went to the car ASAP, just to find out they have canceled your reservation. and gave the car to somebody else. i have a perfect drivers rating in all car-rental apps, 12+ years exp., zero penalty points on drivers licence. Also there is no chat with support. No way to call support from app. had to search for number in google, first try calling got operator, saying this nr doesn’t exist ☠️ second try calling, - got the support, no help. They said its my own fault.
