Easy to use, fun to drive, very helpful Support
The application is easy to use, and Support is always available to provide any assistance (checked at 11pm). The car is super fun to drive, however sometimes need to go some 10 min to get to the car, but great that reservation is available for free 15 min. Waiting for electric car, that would be a great motivation. Putting 5 stars, since do not have any negative feedback.
Parking
Super unfriendly user interface! Where is the logic to mark parking zone with RED color!? Red - ban, prohibition! We were driving for extra 20 minutes to find the place were is allowed to leave a car.

Future of mobility
I really liked my first experience with citybee! Its fun, very straight forward, the cars are very comfy and reliable!
I have only one little issue:
1. When I reserved a car (standard 15:00) it charged me 5€. At first, I was a little angry, because they did not notify me that, if I reserve a car I need to pay. But upon unlocking my car they returned my 5€, so it was just a deposit for reserving a car.
All in all, I recommend citybee, it is very cool!
