Hope in the future updates you will include also pins e-shop section and abillity to Claim missing Pins.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
The app is incredibly frustrating to use. Despite being logged in, I have to switch to a browser to complete the check-in process. This defeats the purpose of having an app. Even worse, after checking in through the browser, I can’t log in using my reservation number on the app due to persistent error messages.
Additionally, I received flight delay notifications via email instead of through the app, which should be providing real-time updates. This makes the app practically useless for time-sensitive information.
Overall, this is the worst airline app I’ve used. It seems to only be good for viewing accumulated points, which hardly justifies its existence. I hope significant improvements are made soon, as this app currently adds more hassle than convenience to my travel experience.
