Easy to use, excellent customer service
Easy to use. Once I had issue with internet connection to end ride. Customer service solved the problem without any problems.
Unclear prices
Price description is unclear: the waiting price is only active when the car is parked and locked , not when the engine is off, so waiting for some one near the house for 10 minutes is the same as driving fo 10. When entering a car in parked mode it automatically adds 40-50 cents to your bill where is this written ? Or is the application just lagging.
