Second weekend in a row a payment freezes. Last weekend, did a SEPA transfer, which still should arrive within a few minutes, it didn’t. Messaged support, at start said that everything should be good, in the end there was a technical issue. Payment made on Sunday - arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Now again, same issue, but with a deposit, made multiple deposits from the same bank, everything works within a few minutes, did a transfer to INDEXO, the amount is still floating somewhere, again it’s a weekend, that means that the money will be pending till Monday at best. The concept is good, but has poor execution, and the product seems unfinished. Seems more like gateway for online purchases and other miscellaneous tasks, rather than a proper bank for daily transactions - after 1.5 week use, will be switching away.
Auth dosnt work

I got signed up at some point, but now I cannot signin. None of auth methods work, pressing them nothing happens.Update: Although restarting the app didnt help, Ive tried reinstalling it and that fixed the issue.

Bugs, bugs everywhere

Encountered an infinite authentication loop during registration and had to delete and reinstall the app to proceed. Found a couple of bugs and wanted to report them through the app, but the “report a bug” feature also has a bug. Additionally, some features, like raising limits, require SmartID, so if you don't have it, you'll suffer. Overall, the app looks clunky and is not responsive.
