Paid, no access, no refund – still waiting

I paid for a month of Everand via the App Store on December 28, 2024, but never got access to the subscription. After weeks of waiting and providing the requested info, I cancelled to avoid being charged again – but I never received a refund for the month I couldn’t use.Since then, I’ve been bounced between different support agents, none of whom have resolved the issue. It’s now April, and I’m still waiting for a refund so I can try subscribing again. A very disappointing experience.

Subscription not working

This is the 2nd time and I’m fed up. I paid the amount needed for the subscription to work and when they took my money, the subscription didnt even work. It still showed me, that i need to subscribe to access the book I want. Now matter how many times I’ve closed and opened the app again, nothing had changed. I really hoped that the first time this had happend over a year ago, things had changed, nothing. Absolutely nothing.

You find your book. You save it for later reading. Next thing you know the book is not available. It will be available in that date they take another pay check. Meaning next month. I already waited one month for my previous books. Not happy at all. And it’s hard to find books. German Book selection was really poor, or maybe i just couldn’t find it.
