In the new version of the Vinted app on iPad, I no longer see any notification badge for new messages. Previously it was very easy to notice when something arrived, but now there is no indicator at all, which is quite annoying. I don’t want to use Apple push notifications, because I already receive too many alerts there. I would prefer to have the in‑app message indicator back.

I was trying to sell clothes on vinted but just when someone had bought an item i realised that i had been logged into the uk vinted and couldnt change my location to my home country which i had moved back to. I deleted all of the stuff i had put up and then deleted my account. I also cancelled the orders and explained to the customers of what happened. I then tried making a new account with the right location and used the same old photos and put up the items again. My account got banned and blocked because they thought it was fraud or scam and said the items are already up. I LITERALLY DELETED THEM AND I WASNT GOING TO SPEND ANOTHER 2 HOURS RETAKING ALL THE PHOTOS. I sent an appeal and it still wasnt good enough for them to understand so now i cant even have an account anymore. Vinted is horrible and should do better. All i wanted to do was sell some clothes and made a simple mistake. I shouldn’t be banned for something so small. Vinted pls do better. I am upset and wish to have an account so i can sell and buy stuff.

I had a terrible experience with Vinted and their support system. I sold a set of moped rims to a buyer from Lithuania through Vinted and shipped them using Unisend. At the same time, I also bought another set of rims from the same person through Vinted. After receiving my package, the buyer falsely reported to Vinted that he received a lamp instead of the rims I sent. However, I have proof from Unisend confirming that the exact item I shipped was delivered to him. Meanwhile, the package I bought from him arrived as an empty box. There is also evidence showing that the box was already empty during the sorting process. I immediately contacted Vinted support and provided evidence, including shipment confirmation documents, photos, and conversations. Despite this, Vinted blocked my account, refused to pay me for the rims I sold, and also refused to refund me for the empty package I received. I was scammed by another user and then treated like the scammer by Vinted itself. Very disappointing customer support and unfair handling of clear evidence. I would not recommend anyone Vinted.

I’m really dissapointed with my experience. My friends adviced me to try it, but If i knew the result I would choose another platform.I bought a lot of stuff and was trying to sell as well. But Vinted most probably has 2 supports and everything else is covered with AI that is dumb. I was blocked (not suspended) because the system thought that I was scamming and selling fakes (yeah, I haven’t sold a single item). I want to find our why I was blocked. But support is not responding to my messages and shared that my case will be reviewed within 5 days. I have a feeling that I committed a crime (which I don’t) and brave and wise people from Vinted together with police, army, and God himself are investigating this case.I’m extremely mad, because I wanted to make a present and I was able to buy only 3/4 from what I need. Soon is birthday and I’m not able to buy the missing cards elsewhere.Once again thanks Vinted team for the best experience and professional approach. Keep it up! 👍
