Latvijas Pasts mobilā aplikācija Jums palīdzēs dažādu ar pastu un Jūsu sūtījumu saistītu jautājumu noskaidrošanā.
Mobilā aplikācija sniegs šādas iespējas:
* PASTA NODAĻAS - tuvākās vai interesējošās pasta nodaļas meklēšana; katrai pasta nodaļai ir norādīta tās adrese, telefona numurs un darba laiks.
* VĒSTUĻU KASTĪTES – tuvākās vai interesējošās vēstuļu kastītes meklēšana; katrai vēstuļu kastītei noradītā tās adreses un vēstuļu savākšanas laiks.
* PAKOMĀTI - pakomātu atrašanās vietas un adreses
* IZSEKOT SŪTĪJUMUS / MANI SŪTĪJUMI – reģistrētu pasta sūtījumu izsekošana sūtījumiem, kam norādīts reģistrēta lietotāja tālruņa numurs un sūtījumiem, kuru numuru ievadījis klients. Sūtījumu statusu izmaiņu gadījumā iespēja saņemt mobilos paziņojumus (push notification).
* PĀRVIRZĪT SŪTĪJUMU - maini sava sūtījuma saņemšanu vietu, pārvirzot to uz tuvāko pakomātu, pasta nodaļu, Circle-K vai mājas adresi

Issues with notifications
App notifications keep getting lost. For example, the queue number (ticket) disappears before I get to the reception; or you can see a notification on your phone but in the app it is nowhere to be found. Same goes with other active ticket/service status as there is no notification box on the app.
It’s just too chaotic to be helpful at this point. An update will be appreciated!
The app doesn’t work
It’s been more than a month already since the app would open. Every time I try to run the app it closes just seconds after clicking on it. Before that, the app worked properly - ran always when needed, it was possible to book ticket (and even postpone it) and make other actions. Please repair ASAP
App is crashing and having problems mostly
Time doesn’t appear accordingly. It shows queue and the next minute already 0 and it’s missed. Crashing and when force closed continues to crash upon trying to open.
