Top up

In general an OK app. The biggest failure was the elimination of the card top up function (card to account). Moreover, initially the top up was perfect - like in other apps but then some weird DECTA interface appeared and one had to give ALL card details every time one topped up the accoont. Now one can only top up by a transfer. So - from good to a disaster and now to nothing. :( They got a huge investment in 2022/2023 but to no avail. Seems like RIP. :(

Worst online bank ever

Worst online bank ever! They dont answer the calls. Email support is almost non existant (2-3 day waiting for any response). They will hold your funds for potential frauds (which is fine), but the review process is slow, even after the provided information about the transaction. My wife sent money to my bank account, and it get on hold. Simple, every day transactions like that can be hold for couple days! Bad experiance.

Terrible app

It’s over 3 months I’ve been trying to create an account but can’t even pass the first stage the app can’t recognise documents for verification
