Doesnt work (at all)
For the past few months its been very difficult to buy a ticket. App keeps lagging all the time and shows weird errors. Previously, it was working just fine, but as soon as they tried to “upgrade it”, everything went down hill. And its really sad.
The worst of the worst
It can't remember my email, need to enter each time. Selects look like texts, texts like selects. Why I need to agree with the terms each time I buy a ticket?! Why are torturing passengers?! When I click pay there's spinner, it just stops ad waits for the confirmation. Scary!!! Finally, at the same price with the paper ticket, even though I'm saving the cashier's work, why can't I buy a ticket for a train I'm entering?! Why it's a ticket is restricted to particular train at a particular time whilst paper tickets are not?! Bad, bad, haven't seen anything worse!
Invalid card ending year
Having an issue that it says my card year is invalid while it offers to imput 3 numbers. Tried to input in a lot of different ways, it does not accept any of them while previously using this app it did accept it. As well as it should remember my card details if I aprrove it, annoying to input my card details each time.
