No option to close the chart

It is good that you have Facebook and Twitter but in my opinion there should be a possibility to close chart or to make a new one for example if there is no any response from support for 3 hours. In other case it brings your clients to the point where they trapped and can’t find any support if they are not familiar with this opportunity, because everywhere in your instructions is mentioned to use chart and no any place I found where it said that you can use Facebook for that. More than that When you are writing on Facebook the answer is that it is not for support and you should contact support on chart. Telephone number is also not helpful at all in this situation. So if your chart is blocked in such way and nobody answering you can’t receive any help even on other case. I was using all means you give for contact and everywhere answer is to use the chart, answer came after a while but this is inconvenient, there should be alternative mentioned in manual...

Protects from scammers

In 2023 scammers have tried several times to charge me and I’m absolutely fond of and truly thankful to Revolut for being in charge of my interests.
My card was temporarily frozen when I tried to purchase online and when I checked the store more thoroughly I realized they were scammers. I canceled the payment and unfroze my card in the app easily.
I highly recommend using Revolut given that none of my other bank’s cards has this level of protection.

If anything, you’ve made the app worse

If anything, you’ve made the app worse. Now I have to press a small “see all” button somewhere in the middle of the screen to actually see my transactions. And when I do that I see them enclosed in enormous bubbles that group transactions by day. While logical grouping is always nice to have, you’ve bubbled down more screen with these bubbles than the actual information in them. Great design move.

Same thing for Junior account — why take up screen space, complicate the menu and advertise it if I’m not even close to actually using it? Make it optional so that when I’ll have someone to set it up for (in about 7 years at the soonest) I’ll know where to enable it.

The wealth menu should be optional as well and visible only if I subscribed to anything in it. Otherwise I always select that menu because from the icon it is clear that it’s either a budget menu or a transaction history menu. Which it isn’t and not at all useful.

And the notifications bell. 4 out of 5 notifications, no, make it 9 out of 10 notifications, that I receive on my phone only appear in the Notification Center on my iPhone’s lock screen. I’ve seen a few messages appear that had some information besides basic payment info and if you weren’t lucky enough to immediately read them - good luck. Notifications don’t end up in the notifications menu. Who would’ve thought.
