The 3Cs app is a platform developed for research studies at the Sadhguru Center for a Conscious Planet (SCCP), which is part of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). The app supports study enrollments with consent forms, collects data through surveys, cognitive tests, and wearable devices, and syncs Sleep and Heart Rate information from Apple Watch (or Health app) and Fitbit devices. Participants can also log their sleep, food, and activity information.
