When becoming a certified driver with AtoB, you gain access to a robust booking system that will simplify all of your transfers. In order to ensure that our standard of service is always upheld we implement a sorting system for transfers based upon the rating of each chauffeur (i.e., the higher your rating, the more transfers will be allocated to you). Our support team is always on hand to assist with any issues you may encounter, either with our platform or during a transfer. With our platform, you simplify every element of the transfer process.

The Requirements
We strive to uphold a strict standard of service. These requirements are necessary to ensure you can offer that standard too.
Good knowledge of English
It is mandatory that all our drivers have a good knowledge of the English language. Any other is considered a bonus. You will be tested on your English skills during your certification test.
Professional operation license in your country
Drivers should have a professional license to operate as a driver/chauffeur in their country of residence. This license should be submitted together with all other necessary paperwork.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I receive transfer offers?
Ride offers are sent automatically to the partner's email after a client creates a booking, where they can see the details (date, time, car class, locations, price etc). If they would like to accept the ride, they just need to follow the link to accept it directly on the AtoB platform (via their partner account). Rides are on a first come, first basis, so the first partner to accept a ride will be the one to complete it.
Where are most transfers?
Many customers are tourists and book rides to/from the airport. FROM the airport, we offer a meet and greet service at airports, which usually involves the driver being inside the airport with a sign with the client's name on it.
What if the client doesn't show up?
We have protocols in place for 'client no shows' which partners can manage directly on the platform. We also have an article which explains the process, and what needs to be done in this situation.
When do clients receive my contact information?
24 hours before the ride, the driver and client receive each other's contact information, so they can communicate if necessary.
Is there someone who can help me with account issues?
Yes. We are available to help if our providers need us. We regularly communicate with drivers to help them out (adding new vehicles, account details etc).
When are payments processed?
We process payments on the 10th of each month for all completed rides the previous month. As our service is pre-book & pre-pay, customers will have already paid for their rides, therefore partners don't need to worry about charging them on the day. If a customer decides to tip a driver, that's fine of course.
