- A Single Searchable Directory: Instead of fragmented social media groups, all 1,600+ former players are united in a Searchable Alumni Directory. Filter by industry—such as Technology, Finance, or Healthcare—to find a fellow Hawk for a warm introduction or a business partnership.
- Alumni-Powered Career Outcomes: The community takes care of its own through a Curated Job Board. Alumni can post internships and jobs directly to the network, creating a trusted "Hawks Hiring Hawks" pipeline that bypasses traditional, biased hiring processes.
- Structured Mentorship: The app provides a formal Mentorship Module where alumni set their availability and topics (e.g., "Transitioning from Athletics" or "B2B Sales"). This ensures student-athletes are "launched" into their careers with the full weight of the Iowa community behind them.
