Readiness gives you one clear number every morning: how ready your body is to train today. Your score is built from Apple Watch data (heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, and training load) and compared to your own baseline, not to generic charts.
Wake up, open the app, see your score, and know what to do: push hard, hold steady, or take a real recovery day.

Privacy first. Your health data stays on your device. No account required, and we do not collect personal data.
Requires Apple Watch for HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep. For the first couple of weeks the app learns your baseline, then your score gets sharper.
Readiness Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Plans are monthly, 6-month, and yearly; the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.
