Whether it’s weight, blood pressure, activity or sleep, your HealthCoach helps you keep an eye on your health. Automatically transfer your measurements directly from compatible devices to the app or add them manually. A clear dashboard gives you a quick overview of your most recent measurements. There are also detailed progress charts and tabular lists of all previous measurements to show you how your health has been changing.
The best thing is that, although your values are combined in one place, you as the user are not tied to one location. Your health diary is wherever your smartphone is. Whether at home or on the go, HealthCoach lets you analyse changes in peace and helps you to optimise your health management.
You can also transfer your values to Apple Health.
After all, we need to look at our health holistically, and it is after all the most precious thing we have.
