We’ve added a “Save as Draft” option in the Checklist module. This allows users to save an incomplete checklist as a draft and return to finish it later, without losing progress.

Enabled chat feature access for users with the Manager role. Updated the payment failure error message. Fixed an issue where comments and files were not displaying correctly based on option selection in the checklist.

Fixed the issue with the "Start All" button not triggering jobs correctly. Resolved the bug where jobs were not completing based on the earliest completion UK time setting.

Fixed auto-triggering of customer selection bottom sheet during booking. Resolved overlay issue blocking bottom screen options.

Chat Functionality Bug Fixes: Resolved issues affecting the chat feature to ensure smooth communication. Vac Records: Updated the title for better clarity. View Vac Records: Fixed the bug where users couldn't view the vaccination records, ensuring they are now properly accessible.

Enhanced pool capacity. Implemented Worldpay integration (off status). Fixed delays in custom pricing, pet approval, file uploads, booking display, calendar UI, chat message delays, and tag deletions. Improved admin workflows, default date range, and UI. Resolved issues with pet diary, staff profiles, Stripe credentials, and credit limit checks for float values.

Workflow Page Default List: The default list on the workflow page now displays the current year’s date starting from the previous month. Chat Initialization for Admin: Admins now have the ability to initialize chats with both customers and staff, improving communication within the system.

Bug fixes

Simplified payment process: Users can use their account balance for bookings. If the balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid via other payment methods. Disabled the chat button in the staff app for all clients. Reviewed and fixed extra options in Outreach to ensure proper functionality when an admin acts as a staff account.

Outreach Feature: Manage announcements, global/individual push notifications, and service notifications. Pet Diary: Create pet events (e.g., vet visits, vaccinations,etc) with reminders. Rocket Chat: Basic chat with admin/staff and image upload. Resolved Issues: Fixes include invoice, validation errors, file uploads, profile images, pricing rules, unstable bookings, breed updates, and tag deletions

We’ve resolved several key issues to enhance your experience: Fixed the grey screen issue when navigating back to Assorted Bookings after Calendar Booking. Assigning services to staff now reflects immediately without needing to close and reopen the app. Resolved filtering issues on the All Bookings page. Fixed an issue where existing bookings were cancelled when updating the 'Not Available' Pricing Rule.

This version is a maintenance release that addresses various issues reported by the Customer Service and Engineering teams. This update improves overall system stability, resolves known bugs.

Daily Logout Issue Fixed: Ensures stable and uninterrupted user sessions. Booking Calendar Display Issue Resolved: Premium and "no service" dates now show correctly without needing to switch months.
