Kenotex is a personal productivity app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Capture ideas, tasks, meetings, routines, and reminders in Ideas, then turn them into todos, calendar events, agendas, and check-in habits.

Write multiple ideas as separate blocks. Kenotex helps parse each block and turn it into a todo or calendar event. Note-style content is not stored as a local Kenotex notes library; it can be sent to external note apps or copied to the clipboard.
【Todos: focus on what matters now】
The Focus view shows what needs your attention today, while Shelves help organize tasks by project or category. Kenotex supports priorities, start dates, deadlines, reminders, recurring tasks, postponing, skipping, and completion history.
【Calendar and Agenda】
See todos, events, holidays, lunar calendar details, birthdays, and anniversaries in one calendar. The Agenda view gives you a timeline of what is coming next, so you always know what today and the next few days look like.
【Check-in habits】
Turn repeating routines into check-in habits. Track daily progress, multiple check-ins per day, reminders, streaks, and habit stats.
【Sync and desktop workflow】
Your data is stored locally first. With iCloud enabled, todos, events, Ideas, check-ins, and settings sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. On Mac, Kenotex also supports shortcuts, Raycast, local APIs, and MCP. On iOS, it supports widgets, Live Activities, and system shortcuts.
