Kharcha Book is a simple and private expense tracker that keeps all your data on your device. No cloud, no sign-up, and no ads. Track daily spending, set budgets, and see where your money goes. Export your data to Excel or PDF whenever you need. -------------------- TRACK EXPENSES EASILY -------------------- • Quick Add: Add expenses quickly from the bottom input bar. Pick a category, enter the amount, and you’re done. • Custom Categories: Create as many categories as you want with over 50 icons. Organize your spending your way. • Daily View: See all expenses by date. Swipe between days to review or add past expenses. • Smart Search: Find any expense by category name in one tap. • Recent Categories: Shortcuts to your last-used categories let you add similar expenses faster. • Quick-Add Templates: Save frequent expenses (for example, "Chai Rs.20", "Petrol Rs.500") and add them with a single tap. • Same Category Kept: After adding, the category stays selected (just clear the amount) for faster entry. • Duplicate Hint: If you add the same category and amount twice on the same day, the app can suggest saving it as a recurring expense. --------------------------- BUDGETS & RECURRING EXPENSES --------------------------- • Daily Budget: Set a daily spending limit. See visual indicators of how much you’ve spent compared to your goal. • Monthly Budget per Category: Set separate budgets for each category (such as Food, Transport). Progress bars show your spending vs. the budget for each month. • Recurring Expenses: Add bills, subscriptions, EMIs, or rent once. The app adds them automatically on the right day (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).
