Updates:
1. New Unit of Measure for Petroleum branches:
Users in Petroleum branches can now create orders with additional units of measure in
Delivery, Direct Drop and Scheduled Orders Modules. The units added are Kilograms
(kg), Pounds (lbs) Tons (T) and Metric Tonnes (MT).
Optimizations and Bug Fixes:
1. Optimized Search for Propane Branches:
Users in the Propane branches can now search by a customer’s serial number within the
active tabs for Delivery Orders, Direct Drop, Service Order and Scheduled Orders making
it faster to locate specific orders.
2. Optimized Customer Map and List:
Previously, when tapping on a pin under the customer map, it would only bring up the
customer’s name. Now, on the mobile app, selecting a pin on the customer map now
allows users to tap the customer’s name and it will take you to the customer list
information allowing the user can edit customer details more easily.
3. Optimized App Update Prompt:
Upon opening the mobile app after an update, users will now see a prompt notifying
them that the new version of Live Dispatch is available. If the app update is required
users must update the app before logging in to ensure continued functionality.
4. Bug Fix - New Products:
Previously, when adding a new product to a Delivery, Direct or Service Order, the
product field would appear blank and if not filled in it would not save to the order. Now,
newly added products will automatically default to the first product in the list.
