Your HealthCare Provider will provide you access to the app.
You will receive by SMS or email a link to download and join your space in myPatientSpace.
Your experience will be personalized for your HealthCare Provider and your particular treatment. This treatment information is provided to you by your Healthcare provider to support you on your care journey.
To use myPatientSpace - your Healthcare Provider will need to sign up to myPatientSpace and provide you with access.
