Does it feel like time is moving faster every year?
It’s not just you—it’s your brain. When we fall into a repetitive routine, our brains stop recording the details. The result? Months and years seem to disappear into a blur of "autopilot" living.
Routine Remix is designed to reclaim your time by injecting "Micro-Novelty" into your day. By making slight, intentional changes to your routine, you force your brain to wake up, pay attention, and create lasting memories.
How it Works:
We don't ask you to quit your job or move to a new city. We focus on the power of the 1% shift.
Daily "Glitch" Prompts: Receive a daily suggestion to change one small thing—take a new route to work, eat lunch with your non-dominant hand, or listen to a genre of music you usually ignore.
Novelty Tracking: Log your small wins and see how many "New Memory Days" you’ve created this month.
The Science of Time: Learn why novelty stretches our perception of time through short, digestible insights.
Key Features:
Smart Suggestions: Curated tasks that fit into a busy schedule.
Mindfulness Streaks: Track how many days you’ve successfully avoided autopilot.
Community Ideas: See how others are shaking up their routines around the world.
Minimalist Design: No clutter, no stress—just a gentle nudge to live more vividly.
The Result:
When you look back at your week, you won’t see a gray blur. You’ll see a series of distinct, vivid moments. Change your routine, change your brain, and slow down time.
