- Unfinished puzzles shown first on home screen as reminders

Fixes:
- Images saved to Documents directory, no longer lost when iOS clears cache
- Game saves survive app updates and reinstalls
- Pieces can no longer get stuck between board and tray
- Game progress properly saved when pressing back
- Incomplete records auto-removed after puzzle completion
- Removed opacity slider and 3×3 difficulty
