Update for sensor firmware to improve stability.

Practice data is now saved and the practice list has moved into Live Mode. Stability and performance improvements. Extended the practice list in live mode to support clicking of individual shot sets and drill down to browse data. Improved error handling if sensor data is unreliable: avoids duplicating sync data. Improved sync process to tolerate errors and avoid duplicate Practices. Improved handling of sensor reset or replacement. Greyed out New Shot Set and Delete buttons if not valid. Fixed bug to prevent audio output on feed shots. Added menu item for live mode to allow user to manage (re)connecting to sensor. Removed the reconnecting view in live mode. Only allow one interaction with the sensor at once. Minor UI improvements.

Additional error reporting if too many impacts or sessions are synced. Bug fix for colours of picker backgrounds and text. Fix for hang if peripheral disconnects unexpectedly. Error codes added throughout. Supress checking for presence of ErrorData characteristic. Only release builds send error reports.

Major improvements to scanning and connecting. Only scan for Racketware devices now. Does not re-scan when it has a sensor bonded: it now just re-connects to that sensor. Should prevent problems when multiple sensors are present. Speeded up re-connection by avoiding re-scans. Added a connecting spinner to sync so we can tell when it has connected. Sensor errors are not uploaded now, to avoid potential sync problems. New firmware does not let the app connect until the sensor is fully initialised: this avoids problems such as sync point reset and having the same matches uploaded multiple times. Fixed re-connecting hang in Live Mode after a sensor disconnect. Fixed multiple pop-ups for a single error. Added a connection timeout so that connection problems can be detected and reported. Fixed colours of feed switches. Pickers all harmonised and converted to standard tap-of form. Fixed white text on yellow background bug for pickers. Fixed white text on white background bug for setup and instructions. Unified colours for selectors. Improved some text for common errors.
