Per-member dashboard • Tap a member to see their numbers: activities, tasks (done vs remaining), tasks they check, tasks they created, and how many activities they lead. • Filter by all / by project / by activity, with a progress ring and cards that open the underlying tasks. Clearer member list • Shows everyone — owner, leaders, checkers, task members — one row per person, updating live as you add or remove people. • The project owner is always shown and can't be removed; you're no longer offered to add yourself.
