Avatars were being decoded at the full resolution of the original photo — a modern camera photo took tens of megabytes to fill a circle the size of a thumbnail. They are now decoded at the size they are actually drawn • Every icon button has a name, so VoiceOver announces what it does instead of just "button" — back, close, approve request, unpin, and 119 more. Stability and error-reporting update. • Fixes a crash when you left a piece of music while its saved audio track was still loading • Chat and Messages now tell you when live updates have stopped, with a tap-to-retry banner, instead of going quiet • Live updates now reconnect properly after a dropped connection rather than retrying in a tight loop • Error messages now include a short reference code, so support can find exactly what went wrong • Fixes a crash when you left the audio screen while a track was still downloading • Fixes being signed out when you tapped something your role isn't allowed to do • Fixes crashes on the group settings and announcements screens when you left before they finished loading • Fixes a crash at launch when the device was offline and notifications couldn't register • Fixes crashes on the Barbershop tag player when switching parts before a track had loaded • Android notification icons no longer go missing • Password resets are a little simpler behind the scenes

Follow the director on your own copy of the music. Directors can now bring the whole group to the spot they're looking at: one tap, and every phone jumps to that bar. Director notes show up right on the page, and an Apple Pencil double-tap switches between pen and eraser without leaving the music. Share a QR code at rehearsal and the room joins at once — or hand out the short join code shown beside it, which still works for anyone who has to install the app first.
