Improve scanning a reference with an external bluetooth reader: * some references may be truncated * the scanner is reactivated automatically on inventory Also, when you was clicking fast two times on a reception line, it could happened that two modals opened.

Update to latests APIs.

- You may now switch entity via the side menu - When a calendar is shared between multiple entities, tasks of other entities are visible (shadowed). When you click on a task that belongs to an entity you're not logged in, you will automatically switch to this entity (if your have access to it) before accessing to the task details.
