Here’s how to use it
Step one: Launch Canva and choose a Résumé template that matches your career and personal preference.
Step two: Tap the image to insert your own photo, then select Effects > BG Remover in the photo editor to isolate your headshot. Use Magic Edit to select areas that you want to enhance further. Want to be wearing a suit in your photo? Describe your needs in the text box and Canva will make it happen.
Step three: Outline your key achievements, then tap the text box and use Magic Write to expand on your draft, shorten or rewrite passages, fix any spelling or grammatical errors, and make sure it all reads professionally.
Pro tip: A front-facing half-body portrait is the best starting point for an AI outfit change. Whether you’re editing a picture or text, the more specific you are with your instructions, the better the end results.
