On the Home page, tap the + icon and enter a meal – this will count towards the overall picture of where you’re at with calories, protein and veggie intake, and more.

Quick tip: Explore the app’s curated recipes designed to suit every taste. We like the balance between light yet satisfying everyday meals covering vegetarian, keto and everything in between.

Work out with Mezan AI

You’ve ticked off nutrition, now it’s time to think about movement. The AI tab in the app is where you’ll find a personalised plan that matches your goals and fitness level. Workouts focus on moving forward, with step-by-step videos and precise rep counts to make everything feel focused and accessible.

Quick tip: You can adjust your workout plan as you desire. Maybe your goals evolve or your fitness levels change, you can scale back or push for more.

Track your progress

You’ll probably appreciate how Mezan’s gentle nudges help you stay committed to your fitness goals. It can be a simple chart that shows your progress or a cheerful reminder when you check off your third workout in a row. Head to the analytics tab to see your achievements at a glance.
