We’re excited to introduce version 3.3, a major update designed to make creating, sharing, and supporting causes more impactful.
What's New In This Version
1. Upgraded Create Feature for NGOs
NGOs now have a fully enhanced creation experience built to help you engage supporters and inspire giving. All content has a Donate CTA built-in.
Posts: Share stories about the impact you’re creating.
Campaigns: Launch campaigns with a donation goal and time limit. Track progress in real time.
Campaign Updates: Post updates during or after your campaign to let donors know about the impact you’re creating and encourage more donations.
2. Upgraded Create Feature for Users
Users can now create content on behalf of NGOs, helping amplify causes they care about and create impact. When creating, you’ll be tagging an NGO, who can review and approve your content. All user content has a Donate CTA built-in, and funds are directed to the tagged NGO.
Shoutouts: Highlight a cause by making a video on behalf of an NGO.
Fundraisers: Start a fundraiser for the NGO you support. Set a goal, choose dates, and inspire your community.
Fundraiser Updates: Keep supporters engaged with ongoing updates.
3. Content Approval Settings for NGOs
NGOs have control over tagged content. Under Settings → Preferences → Content Approval, choose between: Manual Approval to review each piece of content, or Automatic Approval for a faster, hands-off process.
4. Revamped Profiles
Profiles have been redesigned to be more content-centric, making it easier to explore and stay connected to the causes you love. This refresh is designed to strengthen social giving and enhance engagement.
5. Content Archive & Suspension
More flexibility in managing your content.
Archive: Hide content from your profile while keeping it accessible through direct links. Donations can still be made.
Suspend: Stop all activity and hide content everywhere. For user-created content, suspension removes it from both the creator and the tagged NGO.
6. Credit Card Payments for Indonesia NGOs
Donors can now give using credit cards to Indonesian NGOs, making contributions faster, smoother, and more accessible.
