My wife and I were scammed todayWe thought we bought the right tickets Budapest-Vienna. We stopped at Vienna Erdberg station at 11.30am, we came at 4.30 pm to return back to Budapest, to the same station thinking that it was the right station; 5mn before the departure we were told that we had to go to Vienna central station. It was so frustrating. We were told that we had to buy new tickets worth 50 euros. We weren’t notified in advance that we had to change the station. I request that we get apology and be reimbursed

Je suis extrêmement déçue et frustrée par l'expérience que j'ai eue avec la compagnie de bus. J'avais réservé un billet pour un voyage de Bâle SBB à Gênes en Italie le samedi 22 juillet à 21h00. Cependant, la compagnie a soudainement modifié mon horaire de départ, m'informant ensuite que je devais prendre le bus de 4h30 du matin le même jour !Le pire dans tout ça, c'est que lorsque je suis monté à bord du bus à 4h30, le chauffeur m'a dit que mon billet n'était pas valide car il était réservé pour le même jour à 4h30, mais mon billet initial était bien prévu pour le même jour, mais à 21h00. Comment est-ce possible ?Cette situation est inacceptable et témoigne d'un manque flagrant d'organisation et de professionnalisme de la part de la compagnie de bus. Non seulement cela m'a causé un énorme désagrément, mais cela m'a également coûté du temps et de l'argent supplémentaires.J'espère vraiment que la compagnie prendra ses responsabilités pour cette confusion et qu'elle offrira une solution rapide et appropriée. En attendant, je me sens obligé de rechercher d'autres options de transport pour atteindre ma destination à temps.En tant que cliente, je m'attends à un service fiable et respectueux de mes réservations, et malheureusement, cette expérience a été loin de répondre à mes attentes. J'espère sincèrement que cela ne se reproduira pas à l'avenir, tant pour moi que pour d'autres voyageurs qui pourraient être confrontés à des problèmes similaires
