IKAN is a free app developed by FiftyEight in partnership with Stanford University and the Indonesia Ocean Justice Initiative. IKAN allows vessel owners and migrant fishers (crew) to easily access and manage all the information required by the Taiwanese Fisheries Agency for training and employment in the Taiwan fishing industry.
