The Feedback application provides a platform for customers to express their opinions about a service or product (site cleanliness/prices/employee interaction/etc) in a simple way and standardized questions placed through the service provider’s platform either (questions and answers/rating).
The platform provides the possibility of collecting the feedback by offering rewards or without rewards
The added advantage of the platform is that the reward is sent to the customer immediately after submitting his feedback. It may be reward points or a discount code, and this encourages customers to provide their opinion greatly instead of waiting for an opinion or idea or sharing a negative point that has been absent from the service provider for a long time.
