Safe space, good idea but very poorly made

It’s an amazing app, many girls found a safe space here. Probably some lives even were saved. Many girls received help with toxic and abusive relationships. Many got support while being in a horrible state. But the app is very laggy and the creator seem to not bother at all to listen to any suggestion. The app is down for 5 hours (and going) and no actions are taken. Comments disappear, chats get confused and split into few different chats with the same person. It’s not even about getting new features, but at least keep the app working. I think it’s a shame to create an app as a safe space for girls and not even bother keeping it working properly. Please HerHelp, do better. Many girls depend on support from this app.
