Modul HSIScare mengandungi maklumat pengguna dan rekod temujanji pesakit , daftar masuk dan nota klinikal pesakit seperti rekod baru, rakaman lalu dan jejak audit, rujukan melalui aplikasi mudah alih, pesanan baru, diagnosis, alahan, carta dan rekod pentadbiran ubat.
